TERMS & CONDITIONS

 — Booking of the date and the time is made after receiving the deposit (transfer to HSBC or Revolut).
 — The remaining payment is due immediately after the shooting is completed. (cash or transfer to HSBC or Revolut).
 — By booking the date for you, I am declining other requests for the time slot that you have chosen. In this regard, if client canceling the shooting on his own initiative, the paid cost of the reservation becomes the property of photographer. Transferring the date and time of shooting by the client is possible in some cases (health issue, confirmed by doctor; weather condition: heavy rain and strong wind only; confirmed cancelled flight) within reasonable time and is negotiated individually.
 — After booking a date, I advise you in detail about all issues regarding shooting, give advice and recommendations, help with the selection of a location / studio and images.
 — For your convenience, the finished photos are uploaded to the cloud service and transmitted to you as an electronic link, by clicking on which you can download all the photos, in the amount according to the selected package, in the best possible quality. (Photos are available through the link until the specified retention date. After the specified date, photos are automatically deleted. Re-uploading photos to the cloud service is subject to an additional fee of 20 euros.)
-  After you receive link to download photos from the photosession. You have 7 calendar days to choose photos for final retouch (if provided by selected package). Processing time for final retouching is 2 weeks for 10 photos, 4 weeks for 20 photos ect. If you fail to choose photos in stipuated timeI can’t guarantee mentioned above processing time. As photosession are continuance process and final retouching done on “first in — first out” principal.

 — Your consent to the shooting indicates that you are familiar with the photographer’s portfolio and agree with the author’s style of shooting and photo processing. I always discuss and take into account the individual wishes of the client before shooting. I do not re-edit completed works, as well don’t make any full or partial refunds after the shooting is completed, and also before or after the client receives the finished material partially or in full.

Kindly arrive at photoshoot location 10 minutes before discussed time. As I might have tight schedule of photosession after you, for which I’ll need to prepare. Duration of the photosession will be counted from beginning the time, which was discussed during booking stage.
